FROM FROZEN: 50-55 Minutes
FROM THAWED (RECOMMENDED): 20-30 Minutes
Heat to internal Temperature of 165F
Pre-heat grill to 375F to 400F degrees. Place thawed pasty directly on grill grates over
indirect heat. Cover grill and Grill 20-30 Minutes or until heated to internal temperature
of 165F. (We did this on an old Weber charcoal grill, and it worked great!)
Soak cedar planks 4 to 8 hours. Pre-heat grill 375F to 400F degrees. Place thawed
pasties on cedar plank over DIRECT HEAT with grill cover on 20 to 30 minutes or until
internal temperature reaches 165F.
Place 2-3 thawed pasties into cast iron Dutch Oven
Place hot coals around and on top of Dutch Oven
(Avoid leaving coals directly under Dutch Oven as this can burn the bottom of your pasty)
Bake for 20-30 Minutes or until heated to internal temperature of 165F
