Welcome

Opened in January 2021, The Sheboygan Pasty Co. was, started as an idea to boost sales at Ranieri's Four of a Kind Bar & Grill during Covid for brothers Tony and John Ranieri.  Our grandparents were born and raised in the U.P. and introduced us to pasties before we can even remember!  Now we are bringing the traditional Yooper Pasty to Sheboygan as well as some of our favorite Yooper treats that we enjoyed during our annual U.P. camping trips!  Immediately after opening, we received multiple requests from customers to sell our pasties in grocery stores throughout Wisconsin.   

On February 10, 2022, the Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce awarded Ranieri’s Four of a Kind Bar & Grill/Sheboygan Pasty Co. their 2021 Culinary Star of the Year Award.   In October 2022 Sheboygan Pasty Co. was voted Best of Octoberfeast at the Chamber of Commerce - Coastal Young Professionals event!

On Tuesday, February 15, 2022, Sheboygan Pasty Co. purchased the building that formerly housed the Charcoal Inn South in Sheboygan to serve as a production facility for our wholesale pasties.  Our products are now available in hundreds of stores throughout the mid-west!

Starting in October 2025 we will be introducing a line of frozen Casa Ranieri Calzones!

We are located within Ranieri's Four of a Kind Bar & Grill so you can order pasties at our service window or with the full-service menu at Four of a Kind!  Frozen pasties are available any time during Four of a Kind operating hours.
